Responsibilities

Perform as the Lead Security Analyst on advanced projects across the full lifecycle from concept development to production cut-in on the enterprise’s Zero Trust and Textron Systems’ strategic roadmap efforts
Serve as the technical expert shaping the security architecture, conducting risk assessments, developing risk-based recommendations for business and technical leaders, implementing, testing, and deploying diverse technologies
Ability to work across technologies including, but not limited to, cloud environments such as Azure and OCI, and on-premises technologies
Strong compliance mindset with ability to apply and ensure adherence to security frameworks such as NIST SP 800-171, SOX, and PCI-DSS leading to successful audits. This may include automating compliance controls
Self-learner with the ability to be or become a technical expert on emerging technologies including applying and assessing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions
Perform IT security incident response, and remediation activities, to include working with Textron enterprise and other business unit IT security teams, as necessary
Conduct security testing to understand and mitigate organizational risk
Apply strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive business outcomes across diverse stakeholders including business leaders, technical leaders, vendors, and customers
Solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain environments

Required

Minimum 5-7 years of security architecture, compliance, and risk management experience
B.S. degree in a technical area such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Information Systems
Possess a foundational cybersecurity certification such as Security
Ability to lead, motivate and manage to accomplish project objectives on-schedule and within budget
Results oriented and fact-based risk decision making
Excellent communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills to enable clear delivery of security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Must be a U.S. Citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a government Secret security clearance

Preferred

M.S. degree in a technical area such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity or Information Systems
Possess advanced and/or specialty (Cyber, AI, Auditing, or Cloud) certifications
Past experience successfully leading cyber audits or certifications
Understanding of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) frameworks and attack methodologies (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain) and/or threat modeling
