Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Evolution Reservation System and other in-house applications
Enhance product functionality and performance
Assist with resolution of software product/application issues
Design, run, and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs in order to correct errors, isolating areas for improvement and general debugging
Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions
Write, translate and code software programs and applications according to specifications
Install, configure, and maintain software product for end users. Train end users to operate system
Generate statistics and write reports for management and/or team members on programming process status
Develop bug fixes and enhancements to the Evolution Reservation System and other in-house applications
Responsible for enhancement of APIs, Web Services, front-end, and back-end application modules. Analyze user feedback to implement enhancements
Perform preventive maintenance and backups of database/source codes
Map business requirements to application solutions
Extract, transform, and load reservation system data based on requirements
Responsible for documenting processes and transformations
Implement procedures pursuant to the corporate development life cycle for existing and new applications
Provide guidance to junior team members
Perform other job-related functions as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills, and experience
Minimum 5 years of IT support and planning experience
Demonstrated experience with application development
Deep knowledge and understanding of application system architecture and IT infrastructure for support, maintenance and planning purposes
Experience with VB.NET, C#, WinForms, WCF, Web Services, XML, JSON, MVC
Experience with Version Control Systems, MS Team Foundation Server, GIT
Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2017, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 Development (SSRS, SQL, SP), Crystal Reports
Good verbal and written communication skills with a strong commitment to excellent customer service
Strong initiative, priority setting, and collaboration skills
