TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Junior Memory Systems Engineer to join a post-silicon platform engineering team focused on validation and bring-up of next-generation memory subsystems. This hands-on role supports the execution of electrical, functional, and system-level testing for DDR5 and LPDDR5x memory technologies within a lab-based environment.

Responsibilities

Execute electrical, functional, and system-level testing for DDR5 and LPDDR5x memory subsystems as part of a post-silicon platform engineering team

Utilize hardware and software validation tools, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers

Develop and execute technical test plans and tools to support platform-level silicon bring-up and memory subsystem validation

Analyze and debug electrical and functional test data to support production SoC and system-level decisions

Support lab operations, including hardware rework, inventory management, and system testing of engineering platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage, issue resolution, and data integrity

Required

Proven ability to work hands-on and collaboratively in a lab or engineering environment

Solid understanding of PC architectures and system technologies

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface across engineering teams and management

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems, with basic navigation and troubleshooting capability

Experience with computer testing, debugging, validation, performance benchmarking, or PC system build activities

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering (CE), or a related field

1+ years of directly related experience in hardware validation, system testing, or platform engineering

Demonstrated experience developing and executing platform-level memory interface electrical and functional test plans

Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, reading schematics, and reviewing layout design files

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced lab environment

Preferred

Master's degree is a plus
