Functional Analyst III
HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking an experienced HRIS Senior Analyst with expertise in Workday Time Tracking. The role involves supporting and enhancing HR systems by partnering with HR and business stakeholders to optimize and configure Workday modules.

Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and support Workday modules including Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence, and related areas
Lead system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Gather and document business requirements; design and architect scalable Workday solutions
Develop and maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures
Design and implement workflow automation to improve HR operations
Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide advanced support
Create and manage product backlogs and participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
Develop test scripts and perform end-to-end testing
Partner with HRIS and HR Shared Services to assess system and service impacts
Support ad-hoc projects involving data, security, EIBs, and new modules
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking configuration experience
Workday certification in Time Tracking (required)
Strong experience with Workday requirements gathering and configuration management
Solid understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and integrations
Experience working in agile environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred
Experience with Workday reporting and dashboards
Background supporting global HR initiatives
