They are seeking an Agile Operations Intern to join their Product Operations team, providing hands-on experience in day-to-day execution of SAFe teams and supporting various operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Partner with AMO leadership to learn day-to-day execution of SAFe teams and trains
Support PI Planning preparation and execution (agendas, logistics, artifacts, follow-ups)
Assist with AMO metrics and reporting (delivery, predictability, team health)
Help maintain and improve AMO knowledge repositories (Confluence, templates, standards)
Shadow team ceremonies (planning, reviews, retros, syncs) to build scaled-agile fluency
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Able to commit to a part-time (20 hours per week) work schedule between March 2, 2026 – May 8, 2026
