Responsibilities
Perform regular floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing floors to keep them clean and well-maintained
Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and polishers. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues
Assist with floor restoration and repairs, including spot cleaning, removing stains, and addressing minor damage to flooring materials
Ensure floors meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. Follow detailed cleaning protocols for different types of flooring (e.g., tile, carpet, wood, etc.)
Maintain safe working conditions by using appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to safety standards, and following proper procedures for hazardous materials
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols
Knowledge of various flooring materials and specific cleaning requirements
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication
Preferred
Previous experience in floor cleaning and maintenance is preferred
