Responsibilities
Process shipments based on Customer routing guides
Work in Oracle ERP system to prioritize customer shipments to achieve PDSL goal
Completes appropriate inventory transactions and ensure accurate counts on every material movement
Maintains accurate inventory records of storage and movement of all materials
Receives and processes incoming parts and materials
Handles hazardous and non-hazardous materials within Company safety and environmental guidelines
Operations material handling equipment (portable, stationary, manual, and powered) as required
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or equivalent required
Able to read and write; possess fundamental math and counting skills
Must be PC proficient
Must be extremely customer-service oriented, both internally and externally
Maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing transactions and dealing with part numbers, quantities, locations, weights, etc
Conform to all safety/environmental rules and guidelines and maintain excellent safety/housekeeping habits
Must be familiar with material flows and the transactions (manual and computerized) which control them
Should possess a good working knowledge of products manufactured and the parts and materials used in the manufacturing process
Must be licensable to operate materials handling equipment
Will be required to perform unassisted lifting up to 30 pounds and assisted lifting over that amount
May be exposed to outside weather conditions
