Support architectural design phases under the direction of a Project Architect
Lead drafting and documentation efforts from design to construction
Conduct project research, programming, and zoning/code analysis
Collaborate with engineering and consultant teams to ensure integrated design solutions
Develop and produce detailed, scaled construction documents
Address technical and design challenges with practical solutions
Qualification
Required
Degree or technical certification in Architecture or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in architectural drafting and 3D modeling
Advanced Revit capabilities with proven ability to generate complex models
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Demonstrated experience preparing architectural/construction drawing sets
Strong problem-solving and design skills
Direct experience working on high-rise projects
Able to perform in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
Must be currently located in Florida
Preferred
Familiarity with SketchUp, 3DS Max, V-Ray, Lumion
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
