Responsibilities

Support product management activities for digital platforms, including planning, execution, and prioritization
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Contribute to the development and documentation of use cases and user stories
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, analytics, and commercial stakeholders
Utilize project and planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheets to track progress and dependencies
Support omnichannel initiatives aligned with business and customer needs
Assist in gathering requirements, coordinating feedback, and ensuring alignment across functional teams
Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field required
5+ years of relevant experience in digital product management or related roles
Background and experience managing digital platforms
Proficiency in MS Office tools and planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheets
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work across functional areas
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical markets and customers

Preferred

Understanding of the healthcare system and its influence on pharmaceutical products
Therapeutic Area knowledge
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Sitecore Content Management System
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Experience supporting omnichannel or digital marketing initiatives
