Team Lead - Leadership Development (Sales & Marketing)
Responsibilities
Lead by Example: Master the fundamentals of professional face-to-face engagement to establish credibility with your future team
Mentorship & Training: Once the fundamentals are mastered, you will take an active role in coaching new associates on sales psychology and outreach systems
Talent Development: Actively participate in the professional growth of your team, providing daily feedback and strategy sessions
Campaign Management: Coordinate with the leadership team to ensure national brand initiatives are executed with high standards
Daily Performance Tracking: Monitor team metrics and help troubleshoot challenges in real-time
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate's Degree (minimum) or equivalent professional experience preferred
Leadership Background: Previous experience in a leadership capacity (e.g., Team Captain, Shift Lead, Club President, or Military experience) is highly valued
Career Focus: A long-term interest in pursuing a career in business management, training, or organizational development
Communication: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to command a room and inspire others
Student Mentality: A high degree of coachability—you must be willing to master the system before you can teach it
Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor others
High level of professional integrity and a results-oriented work ethic
Preferred
Experience in public speaking or group training
Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and setting goals
