Responsibilities

Monitor lead flow and assign leads in real-time based on routing rules and team availability
Ensure fair and strategic distribution of leads among agents and departments
Flag anomalies in lead generation volume, quality, or routing behavior
Track assignment results and support lead optimization efforts
Communicate with team leads and managers to resolve assignment conflicts
Maintain accurate records and support reporting efforts for lead KPIs
Assist with testing lead flows during platform updates or campaign launches

Required

High School Diploma or Associate's Degree required

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred

Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM tools is a plus
