Responsibilities
Prepare for Mass services by organizing liturgical books, Sacred Vessels, and Eucharistic elements
Attend 100% of weekly parish meetings
Develop a monthly Catholic Community calendar
Maintain and update the Catholic Community registration
Create and distribute weekly bulletins and announcements
Coordinate community events and manage publicity materials
Prepare sacramental records in the AMS portal
Support quarterly AMS clergy reports
Track and report attendance at community events
Qualification
Required
Be familiar with Roman Catholic traditions, sacraments, and liturgy
Have experience in administrative support, event coordination, or parish life
Be highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
Have or be able to obtain required security clearances for access to Fort Sill
