HOA Support Manager
Greene Resources is seeking an HOA Support Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! The role involves processing architectural review requests, conducting community inspections, and communicating with homeowners and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Process and track architectural review requests
Conduct site visits and community inspections
Draft and issue violation letters in accordance with community policies
Attend board and community meetings, recording and preparing meeting minutes
Code bills and assist with financial tracking as needed
Update account details, such as utility bill name changes
Communicate with homeowners, developer representatives, and real estate agents
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (approximately one week every twelve weeks, following training)
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in HOA management, property management, or a related field
Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor in client interactions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with learning HOA management software
Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Availability to attend occasional evening meetings as required
