Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for our external sales network’s compliance and client requirement inquiries, providing clear, timely, and professional information
Build trust through consistent, high-quality communication, both written and verbal, tailored to a range of audiences
Collaborate with team members on a regular basis to make changes to educational processes
Maintain and update data across multiple applications with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Handle sensitive reports and complaint correspondence with discretion, preparing thorough documentation for internal teams and senior leadership
Analyze data, maintain organized spreadsheets, and support reporting needs to help drive informed decision-making
Perform a range of administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and general support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Exceptional communication skills, with clarity and professionalism in both written and verbal interactions
Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and departments
