Sr. Operational Change Coordinator
Lockheed Martin is embarking on a digital transformation journey through its 1LMX program aimed at reshaping operations and business processes. The Sr. Operational Change Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Operational Change Management team, ensuring changes are documented, tracked, and communicated effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of changes, including change requests, assessments, and approvals
Ensuring that all changes are properly documented and tracked in our change management system
Coordinating with technical teams to schedule changes and ensure that all necessary resources are available
Developing and maintaining change schedules and calendars
Communicating change plans and status to stakeholders, including application owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change management process
Developing and maintaining reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change management process
Providing regular updates to Change Managers and other stakeholders on change management performance
Identifying areas for improvement in the change management process and suggesting changes to the Change Managers
Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements
Ensuring that all changes comply with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate and complete records of changes, including documentation and audit trails
Providing support and training to Change Managers and other stakeholders on the use of change management tools and processes
Assisting in the development and maintenance of change management documentation and training materials
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and organized
Providing administrative support to the Operational Change Leads
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of changes, including change requests, assessments, and approvals
Ensuring that all changes are properly documented and tracked in our change management system
Coordinating with technical teams to schedule changes and ensure that all necessary resources are available
Developing and maintaining change schedules and calendars
Communicating change plans and status to stakeholders, including application owners, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change management process
Developing and maintaining reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change management process

Preferred
Experience creating reports and dashboards for metrics using various tools (e.g. Tableau, ServiceNow, excel, powerBI, etc.)
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
Knowledge of Enterprise Operations business applications
Experience with IT Service Management
Experience with 1LMX
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
