Responsibilities
Providing advanced financial analysis and modeling for payor contracts
Ensuring contract compliance
Developing projections for potential contract changes
Serving as the superuser for Epic contract modeling and Strata analytics
Leveraging price transparency data and benchmarking tools to assess the organization’s competitive position within the market
Delivering accurate and timely financial insights that support contract negotiations, payor accountability, and strategic decision-making for the health system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, healthcare reimbursement, or managed care contracting required
Strong knowledge of payor reimbursement methodologies, healthcare finance, and managed care principles
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling/reporting tools required
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, prepare reports, and communicate financial insights effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interact with leadership and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Administration preferred
Experience with Epic contract modeling and Strata (or similar financial analytics tools) strongly preferred
