Chief Marketing Officer
Responsibilities
Provide marketing domain expertise during AI model training
Label, curate, and validate datasets including ad copy, campaign briefs, KPIs, customer segments, and performance data
Design realistic marketing scenarios and prompts (brand launches, A/B testing, multichannel campaigns)
Translate end-to-end marketing workflows into structured, AI-friendly training data
Identify key decision points, metrics, dependencies, and success criteria within marketing operations
Partner with ML teams to represent workflows using structured datasets, taxonomies, or knowledge graphs
Review AI-generated outputs for relevance, creativity, tone, accuracy, and brand alignment
Provide structured feedback to improve model responses
Help develop and refine evaluation rubrics for campaign quality, audience relevance, and effectiveness
Work with product teams to define AI-driven marketing use cases (content personalization, campaign recommendations, audience segmentation, performance prediction)
Identify opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve marketing efficiency
Stay current with generative AI tools, marketing technology, and data platforms
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of hands-on marketing experience
Strong experience across: Campaign strategy & execution (digital, social, performance, brand)
Marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
Analytics & measurement (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI)
Customer segmentation, journey mapping, and content strategy
Media planning, A/B testing, ROI optimization
SEO research using AI/ML-based methodologies
Proven ability to translate marketing problems into structured data or workflows
Experience collaborating with data science, product, or engineering teams
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Preferred
Experience evaluating or guiding AI/LLM outputs for marketing use cases
Exposure to prompt design, rubric creation, or model feedback loops
Background in credible U.S.-based companies
Comfortable working at the intersection of marketing + AI + data
