Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of company-owned captive insurance entities, including governance, compliance, audits, and financial reporting
Maintain captive governance frameworks aligned with enterprise risk appetite and corporate policies
Partner with captive managers, actuaries, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness
Monitor captive performance, financial results, risk exposures, and regulatory requirements
Support global insurance renewals (property, casualty, cyber, executive liability), with emphasis on captive utilization and reinsurance efficiency
Administer TCOR budgeting, premium allocation, and forecasting
Own and manage the RMIS platform including data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and user enablement
Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and executive decision-making
Support M&A activity, integrations, and strategic risk initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Risk Management, Insurance, Captives, Brokerage or Advisory roles
Experience supporting captive insurance programs (direct or indirect)
Strong understanding of insurance concepts, financial statements, and analytics
Hands-on RMIS experience
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Claims, Tax, and external partners
