Responsibilities
Lead all finance and accounting functions (accounting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury)
Manage and develop a full finance team
Oversee financial systems and reporting using Sage
Prepare and present financial reports to Board members
Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and financial modeling
Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare-related regulations
Manage audits, tax filings, and external advisors
Improve financial controls, processes, and scalability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
Proven ability to lead teams and present to Boards
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred
MBA or CPA
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or regulated industries
Hands-on experience with Sage accounting/ERP systems
