Responsibilities

Design and optimize global payroll processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
Lead payroll system integration planning, testing, and deployment
Define payroll KPIs and governance dashboards to monitor process performance
Analyze payroll cost-benefit scenarios and automation readiness
Establish RACI models and ensure compliance across regions
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to align payroll with business goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, or related field; CPP or payroll certifications preferred
7+ years of global payroll experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or ADP)
Experience with payroll audits, controls, and regulatory frameworks
Strong process optimization and reporting skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities across global teams
English proficiency required; Spanish a plus
