Greene Resources is a leading HOA management company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. They are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at their reception desk, providing support to clients and the internal administrative team.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist homeowners, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phones on a multi-line system and assist clients with their questions
Manage administrative tasks related to the community pool season, including: Coordinating communication with residents, distributing and tracking key fobs, answering questions, and resolving related issues
Listen to and promptly return all voicemail messages and overflow messages each morning and throughout the day
Monitor and respond to homeowner emails in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations
Answer questions on the online payment portal
Retrieve/open/distribute mail internally
Administer the Registered Agent information for all properties
Provide support to various departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Front desk experience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with email, phone systems, and basic computer applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others
High level of professionalism, transparency, and customer service
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
