Join its premier Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice
Work from its New York office
Have experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
Focus on qualified plans counseling (including 401(k), 403(b), Cash Balance, Defined Benefit, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans, and ESOPS)
Have experience with M&A and executive compensation and/or ERISA Title I experience in the context of investment funds and/or structured finance
Possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, and the ability to work well on a team
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)
Specific focus on qualified plans counseling (including 401(k), 403(b), Cash Balance, Defined Benefit, Multiemployer and Multiple Employer Plans, and ESOPS)
Excellent academic credentials
Strong writing skills
Ability to work well on a team
Resume, writing sample and a copy of law school transcript must be included in application
Preferred
