Manage strategic automation initiatives across fleet operations, maintenance, and procurement—from concept to deployment
Develop and implement dashboards and analytics tools (Power BI, SAP, QuickBase) to monitor KPIs and guide decisions across Walmart Transportation
Manage equipment lifecycle management, including lease planning, surplus reduction, and tariff mitigation
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Safety, Procurement) and external vendors to align automation goals with operational needs
Guide system transformation projects ensuring alignment with Walmart’s workflows and data architecture
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and internal safety standards through automation and predictive maintenance systems
