MDAEdge is a company focused on optimizing human resources processes, and they are seeking an HRIS Coordinator to maintain and support their HRIS system, UKG Pro. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, providing technical support, and collaborating with various teams to enhance HR operations.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee data in UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM)
Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues and escalate as needed
Manage historical edits in WFM
Monitor internal Payroll email inbox and triage HRIS-related issues with the Payroll team
Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams with data processing, audits, and reconciliations
Provide support for core HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and payroll integration
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation
Manage HRIS security roles and permissions to ensure proper access controls
Train and guide end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes
Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HRIS usage
Participate in HR technology projects, including testing, documentation, and user acceptance

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of HRIS, HR operations, or related experience
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workforce Management, or similar)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Customer service focus with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Technical knowledge of HR systems and databases
Adaptable, quick learner, and process improvement mindset

Preferred

Associate's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
