Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs, driving clarity in scope, objectives, and success metrics
Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps that align with business goals and customer outcomes
Partner with engineering, design, product management, and business stakeholders to define priorities and technical feasibility
Influence long-term architecture decisions and technology standards across teams
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and governance for complex initiatives
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement of program execution and delivery processes
Communicate program status, trade-offs, and strategic impact to senior leadership
Facilitate consensus and alignment across distributed teams and global stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering leadership, or technology strategy roles
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs that span multiple business units and technical domains
Deep understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and modern engineering best practices
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive clarity and results
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
