Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests
Utilize Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details
Receive requests and process reservations within established guidelines
Receives and is accountable for a change in fund. Prepare close bank report and deposits cash receipts at the end of each shift in accordance with established procedures
Perform a variety of administrative:
Print various reports
Ran various reports
Answer phones calls
Trickster calls
Reply to guest inquiries and log calls
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily
One (1) year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled
Study completed in a college, university, or junior college above the high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
Be available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays
