Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, coordinators, and technicians across multiple shifts
Promote and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
Plan, manage, and optimize preventive, predictive, and reliability maintenance programs, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and autonomous maintenance
Improve equipment uptime and operational efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies
Manage the maintenance budget, including cost control, resource planning, and equipment utilization
Serve as a change agent by driving company standards and continuous improvement throughout the facility
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and required permits
Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and outsourced maintenance services
Lead capital projects, including justification, implementation, and upgrades to equipment and facilities
Develop cross-training plans and skills matrices for maintenance team members
Identify and support ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance maintenance performance and plant reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including TPM
