Responsibilities
Research, define, and document business processes, objectives, and data standards
Support small to medium projects across all phases under the guidance of a manager
Gather, analyze, and summarize business and operational data using established tools and methods
Identify business needs, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions
Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides
Assist with system implementations and process improvements
Support testing of new or updated processes and provide training to internal users when required
Track project progress, timelines, and resources; report updates to stakeholders
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with best practices and standards
Stay current with evolving technologies and analysis methods
Qualification
Required
Business and systems analysis experience
Strong data quality and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with system implementations
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and quality standards
Collaborative team player
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 4 years)
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, quality data entry, training, and/or project management
