Responsibilities
Onsite and remote assistance (VPN, Citrix)
Hardware setups and support (PC, Smartphone/Tablet, printers, phones)
Software support (Microsoft, document management)
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalate issues as needed
Coordinate with vendors for IT purposes
Maintain inventory for distribution to all offices firmwide
Maintain and service requests in our equipment request portal
Oversee Dell hardware repairs and returns
Assist with collection of equipment due back on leases (laptops)
Assists with technical deployments and firm-wide functions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two (2) years of work with PCs, desktop software such as Microsoft Office, as well as experience with AV and networks
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time and tasks in a productive team environment
Preferred
Experience in a large law firm setting with Microsoft OS and PC hardware certifications are desired
iManage (Document Management System) and Citrix experience is a plus
