Sales Forecast Analyst
LifeWave Corporate is a fast-growing international network marketing company, and they are seeking a Sales Forecast Analyst to form sales forecasts for global and regional markets. This role involves collaborating with regional markets to develop sales forecasts, KPIs, and promotional forecasts, acting as a key business partner to enhance sales productivity.
Responsibilities
Determine global sales forecast based off of historical data, trends, and market input
Form reporting and forecasting to show a sku based forecast that maintains a 12-month rolling calendar
Make regular audits monthly to all sku, promotional, and overall sales forecasts
Work internationally with markets around the globe to assist in forecasting formation
Form reports and charts using excel, Smartsheet, and other programs
Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience
Proficient in Excel
Detail and report oriented is a must
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
Experience with sales metrics, forecasting, and trend analysis required
Attention to detail and complex information required
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities and cultures required
Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
Familiar with Tableau is a plus
Familiar with forecasting software
Netstock in particular is a plus
Familiar with SQL and MRP/ERP's is a plus
Experience in a network marketing organization is a plus
