Control Room IT/OT Systems Lead- Hybrid (Andover, MA)

Responsibilities
Coordinate the integrations of all new assets into the Control Room
Coordinate the centralization of all existing assets’ operations
Integrate new construction plants into EGPNA IT/OT Data applications
Coordinate system improvement/enhancements of Control Room systems and tools
Coordinate central system integrations of plant improvements and enhancements
Continued development of tools for CMR
Develop user interfaces for real time operations
Coordinate with Control Room Operations Manager to prioritize system enhancement and integrations to ensure tasks are completed in line with Control Room and EGPNA priorities
IT/OT Data application development and testing
Integration of IT/OT data applications with external applications
IT/OT Data application maintenance, incidents, requests
IT/OT Data application monitoring and performance analysis
IT/OT Data application version management, software and asset inventory
Define Application standards in coordination with stakeholders
Evolution plan and asset lifecycle for OS, hardware, and software as it pertains to responsible systems
Upgrade, Test, Migration and decommission of systems
Perform Project Manager function for tool enhancements, system upgrades, and integrations
Develop and automate meter comparisons and calculation tools in conjunction with EGP & ECM
The Control Room IT/OT Systems Lead may also serve as a technical point of reference for cross-functional collaboration projects, supporting interdepartmental initiatives and ensuring alignment with Control Room systems and standards
Qualification
Required
Electrical system knowledge
Strong computer skills a must (Proficiency with MS Access, PI, PowerPoint, Word & Excel, Basic Network)
Experience with SCADA systems is highly desired
Rigorous and structured in the execution of work
Bias to Action
Analytical abilities to collect, evaluate numerical data
Accepting of change and growth pains
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to work beyond schedule
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent personnel/Stakeholder Management Skills
5–10 years of relevant work experience
Experience in power generation, distribution or transmission will be highly regarded, particularly renewable energy
