Responsibilities
Support Appfigures members via chat, email, and other channels - answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping members understand their data
Manage multiple conversations and tasks at once while keeping responses clear, accurate, and friendly
Learn a large and evolving product surface area, adapting quickly as features, data, and workflows change
Translate member questions, feedback, and issues into actionable insights for engineering, product, sales, and other teams
Contribute to and improve our knowledge base and internal documentation
Maintain a casual, confident, and human tone that makes members feel comfortable asking questions
Qualification
Required
You genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems
You're an excellent written communicator and can explain things clearly without sounding scripted or robotic
You're curious by nature and enjoy learning how things work
You're comfortable juggling multiple conversations while staying organized and focused
You take ownership, follow through, and care about doing things well
You thrive in a low-process, high-trust environment and collaborate easily with others
