Technical Support Specialist

Qualification
Required
Professional, adaptable communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in a technical support or systems role
Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
SQL troubleshooting experience
Experience with virtual application delivery
Experience using CI/CD tools such as Octopus Deploy or similar
Ability to analyze logs and trace issues across interconnected systems
Ability to solve technical problems with urgency and creativity
Ability to balance support tickets with deeper troubleshooting and proactive monitoring
Customer service focus with a professional, empathetic tone when handling support requests
Ability to document resolutions thoroughly
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that balances independence with collaboration
