Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support telecommunications equipment and system add-ons
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
Perform system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes
Document installations, configurations, and service activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion
Deliver professional, customer-friendly service at all times
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications installation and support
Familiarity with and/or certification in ShoreTel, Connect, and Mitel systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to travel
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Manufacturer certifications (ShoreTel, Mitel, or related platforms)
Experience with VoIP, UC systems, and network infrastructure
Excellent communication and customer service skills
