Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications
Configure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing) modules
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline processes and improve reporting
Lead or support SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support go-live activities
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues and incidents
Document business processes, system configurations, and training materials
Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, HR) for integrated solutions
Lead or support SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues and incidents
Support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in SAP FICO
Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP implementations
Proven track record in requirements gathering, solution design, and end-user training
Proven ability to support month-end and year-end closing activities and financial reporting
Experience working in multi-entity, multi-currency environments with global finance teams
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering end-user training
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
Preferred
SAP FICO certification is preferred
Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) is a plus
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
