Responsibilities
Empower Global Sales: Partner directly with sellers to architect precise quotes and paperwork that translate complex customer needs into reality
Optimize CRM Integrity: Take ownership of customer data and opportunity audits, ensuring our digital foundation remains the "single source of truth" for strategic decision-making
Streamline Operational Workflows: Master the Professional Services queue and Rev Ops Help Desk to provide high-quality, rapid-response service to internal stakeholders
Champion Compliance: Guard the financial and legal integrity of our deals by maintaining meticulous audit checklists and coordinating contract redlining
Qualification
Required
You possess a high proficiency with CRM platforms and order management systems
You have a natural talent for spotting discrepancies and a problem-solving mindset for data auditing and reporting
You excel at building bridges between diverse teams like Sales, Legal, and Finance
You can seamlessly navigate multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience specifically within the Transportation or Logistics technology sector
Advanced technical skills in CRM customization or advanced data reporting tools
