Responsibilities
Design and implement agentic AI systems using Python and modern agent frameworks
Architect multi-agent systems to automate complex workflows with appropriate human oversight
Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and internal tools using function-calling techniques
Develop and maintain agent communication systems and contextual orchestration layers
Evaluate and implement LLMs based on performance, cost, and capability
Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and apply advanced prompt engineering
Implement memory systems, state machines, and adaptive reasoning for autonomous behaviour
Ensure reliability through observability, monitoring, evaluation, and debugging frameworks
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
Mentor engineers and contribute to internal AI standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline
5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years working with AI/ML or agent-based systems
Strong expertise in Python and modern development practices (async programming, testing, type hints)
Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and RAG architectures
Proven experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources
Familiarity with AI observability and monitoring tools
Solid understanding of system design, cloud-native architectures, and scalable development
Preferred
Experience with agent-to-agent communication or multi-modal LLMs
Background in FinTech, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale automation platforms
Knowledge of model fine-tuning techniques and responsible AI practices
Exposure to distributed systems, microservices, and cloud orchestration
