Responsibilities
Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for Manhattan Active applications (WMS, OMS, or related modules)
Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and service requests using ITIL best practices
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide permanent fixes
Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance
Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support processes
Work with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket management (nice to have)
Support patches, upgrades, and performance tuning in production environments
Participate in on-call rotation for critical issue resolution
Qualification
Required
2 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active solutions (WMS, OMS preferred)
Strong understanding of post-implementation support and RUN operations
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate fixes
Good knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration troubleshooting
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
Knowledge of retail supply chain processes
Familiarity with cloud-based Manhattan Active architecture
