Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Unemployment Insurance systems

Work with stakeholders to define use cases, business processes, and functional requirements

Provide business solutions, prototypes, and workflow diagrams based on customer needs

Ensure systems in production meet usability and business objectives

Prepare and maintain process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and reports

Strong Unemployment Insurance domain experience – Tax & Benefits (mandatory)

Experience working with PS-US / US Public Sector clients (preferred)

Strong skills in business requirements analysis and documentation

Ability to create use cases, process flows, and business solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
