Responsibilities
Act as the Owner’s Representative for EPC Contract Management of utility-scale renewable projects
Participate in EPC selection and contract negotiation
Manage project performance and develop Project Execution Plans
Oversee EPC Contractor, subcontractors, and permit compliance
Lead risk management and capture lessons learned
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, governmental agencies)
Ensure compliance with safety practices and conduct on-site inspections as needed
Lead project status meetings with stakeholders and manage documentation and reporting
Support permitting and jurisdictional approvals
Oversee project turnover from construction to operations
Qualification
Required
Degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or related field
5+ years of experience managing utility-scale solar energy projects
Strong knowledge of renewable project construction, design, and technical standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams effectively
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship
