Responsibilities

Lead and implement comprehensive systems engineering efforts across the full lifecycle
Apply systems thinking to analyze, design and integrate complement interdependent components
Drive stakeholder and operational analysis
Define and manage requirements
Develop functional and logical architectures using model-based methods within PLM frameworks
Oversee physical product definition, interface management, change control, design integration and testing, and system verification and validation
Develop and maintain operation concepts
Coordinate cross-disciplinary collaboration
Identify and mitigate technical risks
Support value engineering through cost and feasibility analyses
Document and communicate technical progress to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure compliance with X-energy quality assurance procedures
