Advanced Functional Support: Lead the resolution of complex incidents and defects across Student Records, Advising, and Admissions
System Configuration: Drive process enhancements and best practices through deep system configuration and root cause analysis
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders and IT teams to align system functionality with academic operations and regulatory requirements
Change Management: Develop end-user training, comprehensive process documentation, and materials to support system adoption
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions with deep functional knowledge of academic modules
Ability to assess the impact of system changes and resolve complex functional defects
Understanding of regulatory compliance and operational standards within a university environment
Superior interpersonal skills with experience in change management and end-user training
Must be Visa Independent and seeking Full-Time/W2 Contract employment
