Responsibilities

Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm and be admitted to the California State Bar

Required experience should include experience with real estate debt and equity transactions, drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents and purchase and sale agreements, experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters, and the ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings
