Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Downtown Orlando

Responsibilities
Partner with HR leadership and site operational leadership to identify opportunities to enhance workforce effectiveness by analyzing challenges, developing solutions, and supporting key initiatives
Execute full-cycle Human Resources and system initiatives in partnership with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Career Development, and Engagement & Retention teams
Analyze HR metrics and business data to identify trends and make recommendations that support workforce effectiveness and overall business goals
Participate in the development and alignment of department goals, objectives, and systems
Support Workforce Strategy initiatives led by the Director or Sr. Director of HR
Provide training, mentoring, and onboarding support for HR staff
Support organizational change management initiatives and partner with leaders to ensure effective communication and engagement
Ensure policy interpretation and education remain consistent across the organization
Coach and influence leaders through complex HR situations with a consultative, service-focused approach
Collaborate with the employee relations team to assist with and resolve investigations
Support succession planning initiatives to identify and develop top talent
Partner with HR leadership and organizational leaders to implement training and development programs aligned with trends, performance improvement needs, and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including Joint Commission standards related to employment
Maintain punctual, reliable attendance in accordance with organizational policies and legal requirements
Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures
Stay abreast of professional development trends in the HR and healthcare fields
Demonstrate strong generalist HR knowledge and high business acumen
Build strong relationships with leaders and serve as a trusted advisor
Organize, manage, and complete special projects as assigned
Represent Orlando Health at community functions as needed
Prioritize multiple assignments, adapt to changing needs, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Five (5) years of progressively responsible HR experience, including knowledge and application of two or more HR functions
Highly service-oriented, with a strong commitment to supporting leaders and team members
Skilled at building trust and strong partnerships within HR and across corporate teams
Confident in balancing strategic insight with hands-on HR support in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working fully onsite in a collaborative corporate setting
