Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Evaluate building issues and develop clear, solution-driven proposals
Estimate job costs, schedules, and materials
Negotiate contracts and coordinate subcontractors
Schedule and manage projects with field crews
Visit active job sites to ensure quality, safety, and timelines
Handle project documentation and customer invoicing
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in construction estimating and/or project engineering
Able to explain technical issues in plain language
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable being in the field
Local to the Milwaukee / Menomonee Falls area (45–60 mile radius), onsite role, no remote or hybrid available for this opening
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred (other engineering disciplines considered)
Exposure to concrete, masonry, restoration, or similar trades strongly preferred
WI PE license a plus, not required
