Responsibilities
Translate documented network standards and configurations into working code and templates, including formats such as Jinja and JSON
Convert configuration documentation into reusable modules and templates for network devices
Work with Git-based version control, using GitLab to submit and manage code changes
Support an infrastructure-as-code migration for network standards across the organization
Collaborate with senior network engineers and standards team members to ensure accuracy and consistency of configurations
Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate outputs
Qualification
Required
Exposure to Python (academic, internship, or early professional experience is sufficient)
Familiarity with Jinja and JSON formats
Understanding of how Git works; experience with GitLab is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate documentation into precise technical outputs
Solid communication skills, especially when working with senior engineers and cross-functional teams
Preferred
Interest in networking or network engineering concepts
Prior exposure to network device configurations or configuration templates
