Program Manager – Integrated Operations PMO
TPI Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Integrated Operations PMO to support a large-scale Finance and ERP transformation program. This role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including planning, cross-team coordination, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Work closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and multiple external vendors to ensure successful execution while minimizing disruption to day-to-day business operations
Qualification
Required
4–6+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in ERP or finance transformations
Experience managing enterprise-level ERP implementations (S/4HANA or similar preferred)
Strong understanding of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax and Master Data
Proven experience coordinating multiple vendors and stakeholders
Experience with testing cycles (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and go-live support
Proficiency with JIRA, RAID tracking, and collaboration tools
Preferred
PMP or CAPM certification
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
Prior experience working onsite with business and IT teams
