Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare and biopharma clients, including R&D labs, GMP manufacturing, facility operations, and compliance leaders
Build trust‑based relationships by understanding client goals such as sample integrity, chain‑of‑custody requirements, GMP audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
Conduct regular business reviews that address both operational performance and compliance alignment
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical, installation, calibration, or regulatory‑related issues
Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities tied directly to biopharma use cases, including: GMP manufacturing cleanroom monitoring, Cold chain storage and stability programs, R&D and clinical trial material monitoring, Regulatory documentation and reporting capabilities
Present expanded solutions tailored to GxP compliance gaps, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction
Cultivate long‑term multi‑site and multi‑department adoption
Build account plans that include regulatory timelines, audit cycles (FDA, EMA, ISO, USP, CAP), facility expansions, validation/re‑validation events, and technology scaling needs
Analyze client environments (labs, freezers, incubators, cleanrooms, warehouses) to identify valued opportunities
Work with internal teams to align product capabilities with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, GxP documentation needs, and lifecycle validation best practices
Maintain accurate CRM records for both healthcare and biopharma accounts, capturing GxP requirements, audit findings, and workflow details
Document risk events, deviations, and compliance‑related insights that inform client strategy
Support clients during onboarding, calibration/validation, and facility certification cycles
Provide leadership with updates on account health, usage data, compliance readiness, and life science operational trends
Prepare revenue forecasts that reflect biopharma‑specific buying cycles (validation windows, budget timing, R&D phases)
Share market intelligence related to GMP adoption, regulatory changes, and competitive technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree: Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
3–5 years of account management or customer success in SaaS, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
Experience supporting or selling into: Biopharma manufacturing (GMP), Research & development labs, QA/QC and regulatory teams, Clinical supply or environmental monitoring programs
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and expand SaaS adoption
Proficiency with Salesforce and sales enablement tools

Preferred

Familiarity with GxP, GMP/GLP/GDP, 21 CFR Part 11, USP 797/800, CAP, CLIA, and other regulations
Experience with validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ), risk assessments, and audit preparation
Analytical mindset for evaluating compliance gaps and operational performance
