Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of communities
Handle fixed assets, variance analysis, budget-to-actual reporting, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
Support tax filings, cost reports, and audit preparation
Review entries from billing and payroll for accuracy
Qualification
Required
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation)
Experience with tier 1 ERP systems or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in public accounting desired but not required
CPA preferred but not required
