Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment by developing tailored hiring strategies, managing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer development and negotiation
Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and ongoing relationship-building, while representing the organization at community, university, and industry events
Partner closely with hiring leaders through intake meetings, structured interview support, and regular requisition updates, providing data‑backed guidance that shapes hiring decisions and improves overall talent strategy
Analyze labor markets, competitor activity, and compensation trends to inform recruitment strategy and recommend adjustments to requirements, timelines, or role structure
Maintain accurate ATS documentation, ensure adherence to compliance and EEO guidelines, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve candidate experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
Full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in-house, across a variety of roles and business areas
Proven ability to build pipelines and leverage ATS platforms; experience with SuccessFactors or SmartRecruiters is a plus
Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to influence and set expectations
Strong organization and time‑management skills to handle shifting requisition volumes
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
